Recipe: The Pizza Sweet Cookie from Ferrero Foodservice

Yields: 3 pizza cookies 

  • 3 every 16-oz. frozen sugar cookie dough tubes, prepared to make use of (RTU)
  • 11/2 c. pure peanut butter, melted, maintain heat
  • 3 every recent bananas, sliced
  • 3 c. recent strawberries, lower into cubes
  • 11/2 c. Butterfinger®, chopped into 1/2” items
  • 11/2 c. Child Ruth®, chopped into 1/2” items
  • 11/2 c. CRUNCH® complete items
  • 3 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. strawberry sauce, RTU 



Take away cookie dough from the freezer and thaw within the fridge till comfortable and pliable. Along with your palms, press 2/3 of the cookie dough into the underside of a pizza pan, ensuring to press dough up the edges to the highest of the pan. Unfold the warmed peanut butter on the underside of the pizza, adopted by the bananas, strawberries, Butterfinger®, Child Ruth®, CRUNCH® and mini marshmallows. Take the remaining 1/3 of the cookie dough and pinch off small items, ensuring to flatten them between your fingers. Place flattened items on prime of the pizza, protecting the highest utterly. Place pizza pans on a sheet pan and bake as per directions. Take away from the oven to chill barely, and, with a small, sharp knife, run the tip across the sides of the pizza pan to loosen the cookie dough. To serve, lower into wedges, drizzle with strawberry sauce and frivolously mud with powdered sugar.
